Abbeydale
Abbeydale maprun course starts and finishes at Abbeydale Sports and Community Centre, where there is free parking. From here it takes you right through Abbeydale, touching on Saintbridge, as well as North through Abbeymead and up as far as Barnwood park. The area is generally pretty flat, with a great path network, as well as plenty of small suburban roads, so there should be no need to run too much on the larger roads through the area.

The Start and Finish are at the path junction on the path to the play area just past the Community Centre and before you get to the bridge over the stream. Make sure you run through this point to start your route, and again back through it to stop the clock on your run.

These are all designed to be printed so you have the information to hand as you get on site, but the only thing you need to run the course is the map (and a phone!). We recommend you run with the course map and details sheet together back to back in a plastic wallet to keep them dry!
